Performance Builders LLC was founded in 2020 by Anthony Hollingsworth, an experienced contractor. He has been delivering exceptional design-build services for over a decade. Alongside his wife Amy and their two energetic daughters, Anthony is invested in the growth and well-being of their Sioux Falls, SD community.

Design Process
STEP 1
Initial Consutlation
Discuss the scope of the project & outline the design process. Generate estimate of the project's level of performance.
STEP 2
Conceptual Design
Floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings of the proposed design.
STEP 3
Mechanical Specs
Perform load calculations for sizing & designing a proper mechanical system, including heating, cooling, & ventilation.
STEP 4
Finishing​
Select fixtures, flooring, millwork, & mechanicals. Final approvals.
